While in San Francisco the La Fée team decided that there was no better place to eat than the Absinthe Brasserie and Bar.

After eating the fantastic food Dan and George approached head bartender Johnny Raglin with a proposition. If he would make them a La Fée cocktail then he could keep the rest of the bottle!

The absinthe began to flow and it took only a matter of minutes before Johnny created a wonderful drink called The Beloved, spontaneously named by a couple who were intrigued by this wonderful concoction of cachaça, lime Juice, La Fée and Agarve Nectar topped with Champagne.

The Beloved

  • 1oz Cachaça
  • 1oz La Fée
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¼ oz Agarve Nectar
  • Float of Champagne
  • Twist of Lemon to Garnish

Method: Shake ingredients except champagne over ice, strain into glass. Float Champagne & garnish.
