La Fee will be recognisable these days, with its (literally) eye-catching brand it offers up a wicked absinthe spoon as well as a host of varieties. Distilled again, the La Fée Parisian is lighter, not as intense as the Jade styles, perhaps easier for newcomers to palate, and the XS Française is priced higher but is more full bodied.
