Method: Squeeze the lime into the glass. Add ice and pour over the absinth. Top with ginger beer and stir thoroughly.

Glass: Champagne flute
Method: Place sugar cube in flute and soak in La Fée Bohemian Absinth. Fill with Champagne and add a dash of Brandy. Garnish with lemon peel. |

Method: Pour all the ingredients except the champagne into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake thoroughly. Pour into flute and fill up with champagne.
