After 16 years of exceptional consumer wine spirits education, the iconic Vinopolis is to finally close its doors on the 31st of December 2015

La Fée is honoured to have been associated with Vinopolis for many years, where the bespoke Absinthe experience enabled thousands of guests to taste and learn about La Fée’s Supérieure range.

'Though we are sorry to see the passing of this fine institution - you will be missed - I’m pleased to be hosting this informal Absinthe category Master Class on Friday 27th November, at 7pm.  Attendees will be able to taste four traditional Absinthes from its birth place of Couvet in Switzerland to the home of French Absinthe in Pontarlier, as well as the Rhône-Alps.  We shall discuss the historical rise, fall and revival, including my personal involvement in ensuring the category's renaissance, and finish with a cocktail that shows-off the versatility of the spirit and its future in the global cocktail scene.'
George Rowley, La Fée Brand Owner & one of the architects of Absinthe's Renaissance.

Introducing Mr Selfridge

We are pleased to introduce you to Mr Selfridge, one of the latest creations from the team at Harry Gordon's Bar (Selfridges London).  Named after the famous shop's founder, it is a harmonious sour of Gin, Vermouth & La Fée Absinthe - like a Martini that's been volumised and turbocharged.  Easy to make at home, or the perfect excuse to drop into Selfridges for some festive shopping over the coming weeks.  Enjoy!
