Another special year for La Fée...
2007 has been a very exciting year for La Fée and ends on a high with the announcement of two new gold awards...
La Fée Absinthe Parisienne and La Fée Absinth Bohemian were both awarded gold medals at the Beverage Testing Institute (BTI) in Chicago. The BTI was founded in 1981 with the objective of producing fair and impartial reviews for consumers and today this philosophy still holds true.
The year began with the launch of our newest range, La Fée Absinthe X•S which, to our great excitement, won the following prestigious awards. La Fée X•S Suisse won Silver and ‘Best in Class’ at the International Wine and Spirits Challenge, ‘New Brand Innovation Award’ at the International Spirits Challenge and the Absinthiades Golden Spoon award being award most points overall. La Fée X•S Française received silver and highest scores in the French category.
Throughout 2007 we have had the pleasure to work with some fantastic people at various events from London to New York…

La Fée played host to many events throughout the year including the book launch of Sebastian Horsley’s ‘Dandy In The Underworld’.
New York
We were delighted to be in the Big Apple for the summer season with the Spiegelworld show ‘absinthe’ and New York mixologist Sasha Petraske
Edinburgh
The Absinthe Monologues were a big hit at the Edinburgh Fringe festival while their guests enjoyed a refreshing glass of La Fée
New Orleans
We had many visitors to the absinthe bar in the Hemingway suite at the Tales of the Cocktail and celebrated 200 years at the Old Absinthe House in New Orleans.
So a big thank you to everyone who has helped and joined us on our journey in 2007 and here’s to a fantastic and exciting 2008!
